Respect for our Customers, the Marine Life and the Environment…

Happy Customers is always our aim! God Bless!!

What’s there to See on our Snorkeling Tours?  There’s Much More…

Sea Turtles

Sea turtles are one of the Earth’s most ancient creatures. The sea turtle’s shell is streamlined for swimming through the water. Unlike other turtles, they cannot retract their legs and head into their shells.

Nurse Sharks

Nurse sharks are slow-moving bottom-dwellers and are, for the most part, harmless to humans. However, they can be huge—up to 14 feet (4.3 meters)—and have very strong jaws filled with thousands of tiny, serrated teeth.

Manatees

Large and gentle “sea cows,” manatees are typically found in shallow coastal areas and rivers where they feed on sea grass, mangrove leaves, and algae.

Rays

The spotted eagle ray has distinctive flattened body and triangular corners to the wing-like fins. These eagle rays possess highly attractive colouring; the uppersurface is blackish-blue with many white spots, while the underside is white.

Moray Eels

The green moray feeds mostly at night on fishes, crabs, shrimp, octopuses, and squid.  Morays hide from humans in crevices and would rather flee than fight. They are shy and secretive.

Tropical Fish

Many beautiful species of fish live in these waters among the coral. The link below can help you identify many creatures you are likely to see.

What Our Customers Are Saying

Don't just take it from us, let our customers do the talking!

“Most talked about part of my cruise”

"Caveman" goes out of his way to make your trip the most it can be . Sharks, Rays, Tarpon, Sea horses. Caye Caulker is just a short "cheap" water taxi from Belize. I would have to say it was the best part of our cruise. Book private tours much cheaper then group tours off the cruise.

"Caveman is THE MAN to see in Caye Caulker"

From the second we met him he treated us as if we had been friends for years. We went to 3 dive spots. The first with lots of coral and fish, the second was Hol Chan/Shark Ray Alley, and the third was another spot with more coral... Caveman was incredibly friendly, cared so much about his island...

Well worth the money and effort!

Caveman and his staff took great care in making sure we felt welcomed, safe, and that all of our vacation expectations were met and exceeded! Wonderful memories were made! Caveman made sure that we knew what water taxi to take and guided us through the vacation every step of the way including giving us advice on approximate times to get back and forth Inorder to make it to our ship in time. He would have made more money by allowing us to do the full day tour we had originally asked for, but he had OUR best interest in mind and suggested a cheaper half day tour instead. He was right! He is an honest, kind, and very good host. It is easy to feel overwhelmed and confused when traveling to different countries. Caveman took that stress away by guiding us every step of the way (in advance and if we had any questions upon arrival). The entire island was welcoming and non pressuring. We met wonderful people and had an incredible snorkeling experience. We will be going back!!! Thank you, Caveman!

Best thing on Caye Caulker

We came to Caye Caulker as a base to dive the Blue Hole. We did that dive on the second day and, really just to fill in time, did the Caveman tour on our first day. As it happened, the Caveman tour was the best thing we did by far. The Blue Hole is ok - it's a bucket list item, but it's a long way away and you don't really see that much. But with Caveman, we saw manatees, Rays, dozens of nurse sharks (up close in the water), green moray eels, Dolphins, turtles, seahorses... The lunch was simple but good. And Caveman himself was v charismatic, safety conscious and cared about the environment. He genuinely wanted to protect the marine life (unlike some of the tour operators) and wanted us to have a good day (which we did). Highly recommended (but book ahead!) Nice job my 'brother from another mother'!

A Caveman Story|Caye Caulker

…we meet the ‘Caye Caulker Caveman’. He’s a solid guy, with dark frizzy hair that’s sun bleached white on top… and a big smile that stretches from ear to ear… … It turns out Caye Caulker Caveman is a true legend of the sea. He tells us it’s his job to respect the sea, make us happy, and show us his special place. We loved his character instantly, and after some friendly banter, we booked a snorkelling trip with him for the next day… Caveman was always in the water with us, pointing out the sea life… giant Groupers, Stingrays, large Green Sea Turtles, large green Moray Eels, large schooling fish, and Snapper. Everything but Whale Sharks… It felt like I was swimming in a massive aquarium… with my own private ring master… …‘My mother and father died when I was 6 years old. I was put in foster home…  READ MORE
